Professional Collectors

We are seeking ethical, career-minded individuals with strong communication and customer service skills to join our talented collection team.  As a collector, you will contact consumers via telephone and mail for the purposes of collecting on past due accounts owed to our clients.  Throughout the process, your responsibilities will include answering consumer questions, negotiating payments, overcoming objections and utilizing problem solving skills. 

You will have access to consumer database and automated vendor information for the purposes of locating consumers and determining their ability to pay.  For the company’s health care clients, collectors will learn to interpret and verify medical insurance information, for further billing through the company’s medical billing unit.

In addition to an introductory training period, you will receive continuous on the job training, focusing on state and federal collection regulations, collection techniques, computer system functions and insurance and third party billing information.  The company conducts its own in-house training sessions and utilizes resources and materials available through ACA International, the association of credit and collection professionals.
